About the project

The Chocolate Salon is an event that was born in France more than 20 years ago. This event is recognized internationally for being the most important “chocolate event” in the world, it comes back to Ecuador, with medium term goal to be the reference event of the chocolate / cocoa / coffee sector in the Latin American region.
